Arts & Crafts Fair

2024 Arts & Crafts Vendor Application
(Mail app w/ payment to 314 E Helbert, Mulvane, KS 67110)

CHECK-IN/Setup – Thursday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm & Friday prior to NOON.

• All artist and craftsmen are welcome to participate. Some commercial booths will be allowed.
• To promote a quality showing duplicate entries will be limited so as to allow for a variety of vendors.
• Vendor set up: Thursday -- anytime after 8:00 a.m. and Friday prior to Noon.
• All vendors will need to be set up prior to noon on Friday and will be open (at least) until 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Vendors may stay open until Midnight each night if you wish.
• Check the bandstand marquee for vendor name and location number. (Map will be posted on the north side of the bandshell and website)
• Booths are available for "sale" until July 31st or we are sold out
• Both spaces are 10' x 10'
  • Electricity is limited to North and South sides of the park. Booths 1, 2, 3; 16-30 and 52-95 are electric and will be $60 with or without electricity.
  • The remaining booths are non-electric and are on pavement (4th Street) or on the grass inside the park area. These booths will be $50.
